Some orders may not be cancellable after processing has started.

Social-media platforms control their own algorithms, policies and account systems.

7. Social-Media Accounts
Customers must not provide their social-media passwords to IGBooster unless a particular service explicitly and lawfully requires authentication through an approved mechanism.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of our services does not violate the rules or policies applicable to their social-media account.
IGBooster does not claim to be affiliated with or officially endorsed by Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or X unless expressly stated otherwise.

8. Payments and Account Balance
Customers may add funds using the payment methods currently supported by IGBooster.
You are responsible for ensuring that payment information is accurate.
Once funds have been successfully credited to your IGBooster account, they may be subject to the applicable refund and withdrawal rules displayed on the website.
You must not use fraudulent, unauthorized or disputed payment methods.
IGBooster reserves the right to suspend accounts associated with suspected payment fraud or unauthorized transactions.

9. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the order and the applicable service policy.
Where a service fails to deliver as described, IGBooster may, at its discretion and subject to the applicable service conditions:
Complete the remaining order;
Refill where a refill is applicable;
Credit the undelivered amount to the customer's account; or
Provide another appropriate resolution.
Some completed or partially completed orders may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.
Refund requests should include the relevant Order ID and be submitted through the official support channel.

10. Incorrect Orders
Customers are responsible for checking all order information before submission.

Username
URL
Service
Quantity
Target
Other information requested by the service
IGBooster may not be able to cancel or reverse an order once processing has begun.

11. Refill Policy
A refill is available only where the selected service specifically includes a refill guarantee.
The refill period, eligibility requirements and refill quantity may differ between services.
A refill does not automatically apply to every service.

12. Prohibited Activities
You must not use IGBooster for unlawful or harmful purposes.
Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

13. Account Suspension or Termination

Payment activity appears unauthorized or fraudulent.
The services are being used for prohibited activities.
The account creates a security or operational risk.

14. API Services
Where API access is available, customers must use the API responsibly and in accordance with the applicable documentation and limitations.
Customers must keep API keys confidential.
You must not:
Share API credentials publicly.

Attempt unauthorized access.
Use the API for prohibited activities.

15. Reseller and Child-Panel Services
Where available, reseller and child-panel functionality may be subject to additional requirements and separate service conditions.
Resellers are responsible for their own customers and for ensuring that their activities comply with applicable laws and these Terms.
IGBooster does not assume responsibility for claims, disputes or promises made by a reseller to their customers.

IGBooster does not control third-party platforms, their algorithms, policies, availability or account decisions.
Changes made by third-party platforms may affect the availability or performance of certain services.

18. Service Availability
We aim to keep IGBooster available and operational, but continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

Technical problems
Hosting issues
API/provider failures
Network problems
Security incidents
Third-party platform changes

19. Limitation of Liability
